Books, books, and more books! In this episode of Pastor Matters, Ronjour and Brandon discuss pastors and the importance of reading good books.
What books should every pastor read at some point in their ministry? Should pastors read books outside of the pastoral ministry/preaching genres? Should pastors read books written by authors they disagree with? Join us this week as we answer these questions and many more!

Great podcast, I look forward to these every week! As a pastor and potential Church planter I was wondering what translation of the Bible do you guys use in studying, preaching, and personal reading and why? I grew up in the faith in a very traditional setting but am now branching out to other translations. What translation do you think would be most accessible to younger generations, people in multi-housing facilities, or in a more urban area rather than rural one? On that note which translations should I avoid? If you could give some input in the topic it would be greatly appreciated. Blessings brother
