Christ-Centered Exposition Commentary: Exalting Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount by Daniel L. Akin

On March 12, 2026, we will hold our next “Christ-Centered Exposition” Workshop at Southeastern Seminary. During that day, the entire focus will be on preaching the Gospel of Matthew. Our leaders will be three phenomenal preacher-scholars: David Platt, Chuck Quarles, and Danny Akin. Registration is now open, so go ahead and mark your calendar (see events tab). In the meantime, here’s Dr. Akin’s commentary we recommend this week.
